The products shown here are a gallery of what's possible—some are ready to ship, while others are already living their best lives in new homes. I’m happy to recreate styles and colors, but thanks to the 'magic' of resin, no two pieces will ever be clones. You’re getting a total original, every single time."
Care Instructions for your Westcoasters Resin Art
Heat Tolerance: up to 90–100°C (194–212°F).
Suitable for hot coffee or tea cups.
If exposed to temperatures higher than this, the product may soften, but it will re-harden once it cools.
Sunlight warning: Keep out of direct sunlight if possible. Although the formulations for resin has gotten much better in recent times, yellowing and fading may still occur if left in direct sun. (Though not as much now.)
Cleaning: Wipe with a soft cloth or microfiber cloth if available. For stubborn spots, use mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or alchol. Isopropyl alcohol should not be used for cleaning, as it will cause the finish to dull. If this occurs, you can try to use a car polish for plastics and that should restore the shine.
Scratches: Treat resin like glass. Avoid sharp objects ore abrasive sponges. Once again, if this does occur, you can once again try the car polish, depending on the scratches it does have the ability to fill them in and restore the shine.
If all else fails, contact me and we can work something out.
